Gynecomastia

 Gynecomastia surgery is the second most common body shaping operation we perform in men. The discomfort, which we can call female breast enlargement in the literal sense, is encountered in a wide variety from simple to saggy and large breasts.
Our patients also have an increase in fat and breast tissue size that does not go away even if they lose weight, but what kind of path do we follow in our surgical treatment for each patient.
Liposuction: We perform the shaping process to remove the excess from our patients with excess breast adipose tissue and achieve a male-like breast structure. If there is no excess skin, the tightening of the minimal skin excess can also be achieved with liposuction.
Excision: The breast tissue, which we call fibroglandular, is hard and cannot be removed by liposuction.
