In open surgeries, we also have to open the places we do not want to intervene. In this case, there is a wider surgical area and sometimes we have patients who do not need it.
Closed or open operation, the procedure can be performed as the surgeon feels better.
In closed operation, the goal is to eliminate the need and solve the problem with fewer incisions.
It is a technique that requires serious experience and develops over time.
