It is sometimes possible to be discharged on the same day after breast surgery. If your doctor deems it necessary, you may need to stay in the hospital overnight.
It is important to use the drugs that your doctor will prescribe after discharge. It is important that you do not use different pain relievers, which may cause bleeding.
In the first week, it will be appropriate for our patients who have a submuscular prosthesis to rest in a high position.
It is recommended that you do not apply pressure on the dentures for the first month or tighten the dentures for different reasons. It is also important that you wear a non-wired bra (corset) recommended by your doctor after the surgery and continue this for a month.
It is recommended not to smoke in the early postoperative period, as smoking may impair wound healing potential.
